Strawberry Matcha Latte

Aren't we all a little matcha crazed lately? I've seen matcha cream cheese, matcha baked goods, matcha skin products. This is actually something a friend and I saw at a matcha house about a month ago and freaked out. Fruit and matcha all at once? We immediately went home and made watermelon matcha (a huge success), but the strawberry milk matcha remains my favorite. It's made with whole strawberries, matcha powder, and nut milk. So easy but so healthy and delicious. 

Here's what I use for one serving:

1 teaspoon matcha powder

1/2 cup cashew, ripple, or almond milk

1/4 cup filtered water

1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries 

Throw all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. That's it! The final color is not all that appealing, but it tastes amazing and gives you lasting, no-crash kinda energy and it's packed with beautifying antioxidants.
